POPBAR IS EXCITED TO OPEN IN THE BAY AREA!

We are currently seeking to hire neat, experienced, individuals to work in both our back and front of house.

Back of House Responsibilities:

• Creating delicious popbars by following recipes precisely
• keeping a clean and spotless working station
• maintaining constant inventory and ensuring the daily inventory is accurate
• rotating and using FIFA principles with food products
• Communicating with other staff to ensure quality and quantity control

Front of House Responsibilities:

• Serving customers in a personable, service oriented way and with high energy and a smile
• Authentically and genuinely connect with both guests and team members
• Engage / interact with guests as you share your knowledge about Gelato on a Stick
• Keep a clean working environment
• Inventory Control
• Social media content creation for Instagram and TikTok Previous food experience is helpful, especially in a retail environment, Ideal candidates should be time flexible and available at least 5 days a week with the ability to work any shifts (days, evenings, specially weekends).

Qualifications:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should have the following qualifications: Valid food handlers' card (required within 30 days of the start of employment). Experience in food service, fast-casual dining, or hospitality-focused industry preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Ability to learn about and discuss our classic and seasonal flavors and products Excellent communication skills and the ability to bring Legendary Hospitality into all interactions with team, guest, and vendor relationships. Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences. Ability to work with people of all backgrounds and identities. Ability to cooperate well and work as part of a team. Ability to work effectively and positively under pressure and amidst changing priorities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hands-on approach. Fluency in English.
