Job Description
Move Forward with Volt! Volt is immediately hiring for Production Associates for 1st Shift in Brea, CA. As a Production Assembler Associate you will: Lift up to 50 pounds or more throughout shift. Operate in work groups and monitor processes within an area of responsibility Comply and must be able to function, perform, and follow policies and standards under limited supervision Follow recipes to produce food products- Set up, operate, and tend equipment that cooks, mixes, or blends ingredients in manufacturing of food products Understand proper use of all equipment including refrigerators, freezers, proofer, oven, racks, and thermometer Prepare, produce and package products Operate processing equipment while evaluating product and package quality Maintain equipment and work space cleanliness Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor and Managers Adhere to uniform and grooming policy as defined by company policy Meet punctuality and attendance standards Team members are expected to take an active role in areas of Safety, Quality, and Productivity. All positions are physically demanding and require being flexible to perform various tasks around the warehouse. Associates must be able to work the required over time/ weekends. This is a full-time opportunity.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday with Saturdays or Sundays / Mandatory OT as needed. 1st
Shift Hours :
6:00am -2:30pm The Ideal candidate will have: Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly. (Heavy labor) Ability to stand and walk 8-10 hours Must be able to work in a Cold Environment. Non-Slip Shoes Mandatory! Background Screen is not required.
Pay Rate :
