Tasting Room Associate

About Us:
We are a small, family-owned winery dedicated to quality, hospitality, and the joy of sharing great wine with great people. Our team is tight-knit, hardworking, and passionate about what we do — and we're looking for someone who fits right in.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an organized, reliable, and team-oriented individual to join our winery family. This role may involve a mix of tasting room service(including tastings and tours), light production assistance, events, and day-to-day winery operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and provide a warm, welcoming tasting experience
  • Assist with sales, restocking, and maintaining a clean and inviting tasting room
  • Conduct seated tastings and/or tours as needed
  • Support bottling, labeling, and basic cellar tasks as needed
  • Help with winery events, club pickups, and private tastings
  • Maintain organization in both customer-facing and behind-the-scenes areas
  • Work collaboratively with the family and team members
  • Follow safety and cleanliness standards throughout the winery
What We're Looking For:
  • Organized and able to manage multiple small tasks efficiently
  • Able to manage multiple groups and switch between tastings and tours
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible
  • Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
  • Team player with great communication skills
  • Passion for learning about wines, production, and farming
  • Comfortable with public speaking
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (wine cases)
  • Weekend availability
Experience Required:
  • 1 year in Tasting Room or Hospitality role
  • Three references
