Our brand is built on a "circular economy" model, focusing on sustainability through a high-impact reuse program. We proudly partner with local environmental nonprofits to support conservation efforts in the Southern California region. Job Summary We are seeking a trustworthy, independent, and passionate individual to lead our presence at weekend and potentially weekday farmers markets. As our primary Brand Ambassador, you will be the face Benevolent Booch, serving fresh kombucha on tap, educating the community on our sustainability mission, and building relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities Market Operations:

Complete transport, setup, and teardown of the market stall, including a 10x10 canopy, tables, tap systems, and kegs.

Sales & Education:

Pour samples and sell kombucha on tap. Educate customers on our reuse program and our active partnerships with local environmental nonprofits.

Inventory & Keg Management:

Safely handle and swap kegs. Monitor inventory levels to ensure a successful market day.

Transaction Management:

Independently manage cash and digital sales using a mobile POS system with 100% honesty and accuracy.

Requirements Location:

Must reside in or near Long Beach, CA .

Reliable Transportation:

Must own a vehicle with sufficient storage space for market equipment (eg. SUV, Truck, or Hatchback).

Driving:

Ability and willingness to drive up to 1 hour to various market locations throughout the region.

Physical Ability:

Must be able to lift and move up to 60 lbs (full kegs and weighted equipment).

Schedule:

Full availability on Saturdays and Sundays is required.

Character:

Must be highly independent, honest, and capable of working solo in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Preferred Qualifications Sustainability Mindset:

A genuine passion for environmentalism, zero-waste living, or local conservation.

Sales Experience:

Background in retail, promotions, or hospitality with a track record of meeting goals. Interest in
