Tasting Room Associate

Andrew Murray Vineyards, a family owned, and operated winery located on the Foxen Canyon Road in Los Olivos, is looking for an enthusiastic part-time, weekend and work week associate for both our downtown Los Olivos E11even Tasting Room and our estate Winery Tasting Room. The ideal Tasting Room Associate is responsible for promoting, selling and effectively communicating the Andrew Murray Vineyards wine brand to our customers. All efforts are focused on providing exceptional customer service and promoting our high-quality wines to make the experience at Andrew Murray Vineyards memorable for every guest. The potential for growth within AMV is strong and encouraged.

Responsibilities Include:

Provide guest with an exceptional experience. Effectively be able to sell AMV wines. Perform all daily Tasting Room duties.

Compensation Includes:

Hourly pay Tips Bonus Development opportunities and other incentives.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21. Must be able to Lift 50 lbs. repeatedly. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Must enjoy working with an established team. Tasting Room experience desired, but we are willing to train the right person! Must have a passion for wine, enjoy and be willingness to learn more. Professional appearance and demeanor. Friday, Weekends and Holidays availability required. Able to work a Flexible schedule.
