This position requires strong knowledge in all dairy manufacturing duties such as: receiving, batching, mixing, pasteurizing, flavoring, filling, inventory, cycle count, packaging and cleaning with a strong mindset in cleanliness and food quality in accordance with HACCP, GMP and PMO guidelines. Job duties Receiving of milk & sucrose, perform all necessary testing to ensure products are to spec - e.g., Solids testing, 'Snap' testing, pH measurement, Brix measurement. Batch and mix powder to produce and flavor base/culture, perform all necessary testing to ensure products are to spec - e.g., Sensory testing, Solids testing, Brix measurement, pH measurement. Perform Clean-In-Place (CIP) & Clean-Out of-Place (COP) on all equipment, lines and parts and ensure all work is documented in proper forms in a clear, legible format. Follow GMP, HACCP and CDFA guidelines to promote safe and sanitary working environment Ensure all necessary documentation is complete in accordance with the provided SOP's. Knowledge in operating all production related equipment and minor troubleshooting - e.g., Debagger, centrifugal pumps, shear mixing pumps, homogenizers, liquefier, positive displacement pumps, valve clusters, filler, conveyor, box erector, labeler, coder, top sealer and forklift. Maintain strong communication with all production team members with regards to product quality and production efficiency. Follow ALL required work safety procedures;
PPE, ARC
Flash, LOTO, Confined Space, Fall Restraints, Chemical Handling. Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work area. Ability to help train new hires on all parts of the process Ensure complete documentation of all required reports, charts, forms, test results. Assist and advise supervisor with updates on status of production and continuous improvement. Notify and coordinate with maintenance department for any repairs and improvements. Emphasize safety working environment across the plant. Production, packaging, warehouse and shipping/receiving.

STARTING PAY
(based on experience and whether you have your pasteurization license) If you do not have your pasteurization license, your starting pay will be based on your experience. If you are hired, Paramount Dairy will pay for your first testing fee. $24.00 per hour if you do have your pasteurization license
