Ice Cream Scooper

About the Role We are seeking motivated, high-performing individuals to join our opening team as Scoopers at Handel's Homemade Ice Cream in Victoria Gardens. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while supporting daily store operations. You'll play a key role in maintaining efficiency, organization, and consistency while upholding Handel's standards. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new store opening, gain experience across multiple areas of the business, and grow into future leadership roles within a multi-unit operation. Position Summary Store associates help keep day-to-day operations running efficiently and effectively to serve our guests. They work well with peers and leadership to assist guests the Handel's way, while maintaining high standards. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean workspace, completing daily tasks, preparing and serving ice cream orders, stocking and rotating product, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. This role requires strong accountability, the ability to work under pressure, and maintaining a positive attitude every shift. About Handel's On a hot summer day in July of 1945, Alice Handel began serving ice cream in Youngstown, Ohio using fresh ingredients and personal recipes.
