Woody's Brewing Co. seeks a motivated, detail-oriented team member for this entry-level position, offering an excellent opportunity to start a career in the craft beer industry. No prior brewery experience is required; we will train candidates who demonstrate reliability, curiosity, and responsibility. As part of a small production team, your presence will directly impact brewery operations. Clear and timely communication with supervisors and teammates, particularly about scheduling, workload, or challenges, is essential. Schedule Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm). Occasional evening or weekend shifts may be required for events or deliveries. Consistent punctuality and adherence to the schedule are required. What You'll Do Assist with brewing and cellar tasks, including milling, weighing, transferring beer, and monitoring quality metrics. Clean, sanitize, and maintain brewing equipment and work areas Organize raw materials and finished beer inventory Support packaging operations and prepare orders for delivery. Deliver beer to accounts on schedule and ensure invoices and paperwork are accurate. Operate delivery vehicles safely, including loading and unloading. Collaborate with the team and assist as needed. What We're Looking For Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and sanitation. Take ownership of tasks and follow through reliably with minimal supervision. Communicate clearly and proactively, especially regarding scheduling, workload, or unexpected challenges. Ability to accurately evaluate beer samples as part of quality assurance. Frequently lift and carry up to 55 lbs., and occasionally move full kegs up to 165 lbs. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively as part of a team. Be comfortable working in hot, cold, and wet environments. Follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Prior brewery or delivery experience is a plus but not required; we will train the right candidate. Desired Minimum Qualifications 21 years of age or older due to California alcohol laws (for tasting during quality assurance) Forklift certification, or the ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
