In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, delicious ice cream products by following established recipes and safety standards. Responsibilities Prepare and mix ingredients according to standardized recipes, ensuring consistent flavor and texture. Operate commercial ice cream manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently, including pasteurizers, mixers, and freezers. Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards by adhering to HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines throughout the production process. Monitor product quality during each stage of manufacturing, making adjustments as needed to meet quality specifications. Package finished ice cream products carefully using appropriate packaging materials, labels, and sealing techniques. Conduct routine cleaning of equipment and work areas to ensure sanitation standards are met daily. Assist with inventory management by tracking ingredients, supplies, and packaging materials to prevent shortages or waste. Requirements No prior Experience needed will train Excellent attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and safety standards.
