Our menu includes:
Signature pressed wraps Loaded fries House-made lemonades Dessert melts We keep the menu focused, the standards high, and the work environment positive. We're looking for dependable cooks who take pride in consistency, speed, and teamwork. Responsibilities Operate fryer station Cook and portion grilled chicken Assemble wraps and loaded fries Follow recipes and portion standards Maintain station cleanliness Assist with prep work Support service during busy periods Follow food safety procedures Qualifications At least 6 months of restaurant or kitchen experience preferred Positive attitude Strong work ethic Team-oriented mindset Able to work evenings and weekends Able to stay organized during busy periods Reliable transportation is preferred, but not required. Compensation Base Pay $21/hour Monthly Team Bonus The kitchen team participates in a monthly bonus pool based on: Customer ratings Order volume Food quality Speed of service As Melt'd grows, the bonus pool grows. - 1:00 AM This position is ideal for candidates who prefer evening and late-night schedules.
