Overview Join our dynamic food truck team as a reliable and energetic Team Member dedicated to delivering exceptional food service! In this role, you will be a vital part of our fast-paced environment, assisting with food preparation, operating fryers, and providing outstanding customer service. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences for our customers while ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met. Responsibilities Prepare a variety of menu items efficiently, including handling fryers and other kitchen equipment Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and transactions Provide friendly, attentive customer service, taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food prep area, including proper food handling and bussing duties Manage cash handling accurately, balancing registers at the end of shifts with basic math skills Support quick service operations by managing food delivery from prep stations to customers promptly Uphold food safety regulations and sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation, fast food or quick service restaurant environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Basic math proficiency for cash handling and retail math calculations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and safety protocols Kitchen or restaurant experience is highly desirable; experience working with fryers is a bonus Join us to be part of an energetic team that thrives on delivering delicious food and memorable customer experiences!
