Cellar Hand
DRNK Sebastopol, CA Apply Job Description:

It's a fun, professional, hardworking environment, and we take pride in doing things well. Position Summary We're looking for a dependable, energetic Cellar Hand to join our production team ahead of the 2026 harvest. Working under the direction of the GM & Winemaker and Cellarmaster, you'll support all aspects of cellar and bottling operations — from sanitation and wine transfers to fruit handling during crush. Bottling is a core part of this role, and accurate recordkeeping in Innovint is required. If you have a passion for wine, or are looking to get started in the industry and grow, we'd love to hear from you. Primary Responsibilities
  • Equipment and facility sanitation, including pre
  • and post-work cleanup

  • Fruit handling, sorting, and processing during harvest/crush
  • Bottling operations — set-up, running the line, and breakdown
  • Topping, sampling, and barrel work
  • Safe and effective operation of winery machinery (pumps, forklift, etc.)
  • Accurate recordkeeping and work orders in Innovint
  • Maintaining a clean, orderly, and professional work area
  • Participating in production meetings and occasional winery events
  • Helping identify and minimize quality issues (e.g. oxygen pickup)
  • Following all applicable quality, environmental, and safety regulations
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Winemaker Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Eligible for employment in the United States
  • Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic, dependability, and reliable attendance
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English
  • Comfortable taking direction and working as part of a small team
  • Prior cellar or winery experience preferred; Innovint experience a plus (will train the right person) Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs repeatedly
  • Bending, climbing, pulling, squatting, and standing for long periods
  • Comfortable on stairs and ladders
  • Tolerance for exposure to outdoor elements (heat, cold, wet/damp conditions) and loud equipment
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment
