- Thursday 2nd shift : 3:00pm
- 11:30pm Training will be in the morning for a couple of days: 10:30am
- 7:00pm Pay rate : $18.
00 Job description: Must have Food production, computer, scanning, excel and paperwork experience, cold environment, working in narrow spaces (cooler), inventory, bringing product/ ingredients for production, flexible start time. Reviews shipping Schedule to assure proper and timely delivery of the product. Organizes and moves inventory as needed in the cooler and freezer. Responsible for making sure that all products are stored, rotated, tracked, and shipped accurately. Prints and reviews through CSB report discrepancies and adjusts reports as needed. Maintains inventory counts accurate. You are expected to maintain a clean and well-organized work area. Sends out the end of the day report to include : a. Cases b. Schedule Time c. loading time d. any issues throughout the day Input daily information paperwork such as : a. Shipping Log b. Truck conditioning c. Bill of Lading d. TJ Bio-Terrorism e. Costco Shipping Information Ensures that all drivers are putting the wheel chocks. Maintains a safe working environment. Ensures that all visitors are signing in the log form. CSB-Reviews, picks orders, creates, and releases orders. Will operate forklift and machinery safely according to company protocol. Will load trucks as needed. Supervisor or Manager may assign other jobs as necessary
Qualifications:
Must be bilingual, able to read and communicate in English and Spanish. Previous experience as a forklift operator within the food industry. Thorough knowledge of quality & food safety Detail Oriented and work well independently and with a team. Strong ability to collect data, analyze information, define problems, and identify solutions. Forklift Certification. Ability to work varying hours and on the weekends as needed Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel) All new hires must complete a PW Employment Application at www.priorityworkforce.com.
