Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Position Overview Crumb City is looking for a motivated, dependable, and hard-working Full-Time Bakery Production Associate to support all areas of bakery production. This position is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring flexibility, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude. Team members in this role may assist with everything from dough production and decorating to packaging, cleanup, ingredient prep, and fulfillment support. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, thrives in a production environment, and wants to grow with a rapidly expanding small business. Responsibilities Prepare and produce cookie dough following recipes exactly and consistently Accurately weigh ingredients and dough portions to company standards Make fudge, icing, toppings, and other bakery components Decorate cookies and assist with finishing products Restock and refill ingredients, supplies, and production stations Assist with bagging, sealing, and labeling cookies when fulfillment support is needed Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout shifts Wash dishes, bakery pans, utensils, and production equipment Follow proper sanitation, food safety, and best food handling practices at all times Assist bakery team members in all production areas as needed Help maintain ingredient inventory awareness and communicate low-stock items Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Qualifications Ability to stand for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to accurately follow recipes and instructions exactly Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help in all areas of production Ability to lift and move bakery ingredients and supplies as needed Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Reliable attendance and punctuality required Previous bakery, kitchen, food production, or restaurant experience preferred but not required Ideal Candidate You enjoy staying busy, working with your hands, and being part of a growing team.
