This position is responsible for following all sanitation, processing, and recordkeeping procedures in accordance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidance. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Time management:

employees must manage their time during work efficiently to meet goals within certain time frames while always consistently producing quality products. Must show up on time for work every day ready to work. Must be quickly adaptable to change and open to cross-training in other departments. Must be comfortable working mainly with your hands and have good hand-eye coordination. Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet daily quotas and goals. Employees must be able to follow basic instructions as well as be able to take constructive criticism from their managers and co-workers so they can help maintain quality standards and production goals. Ability to operate various equipment such as labelers, scales, and other machinery. Be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.

REQUIREMENTS

Follows standard operating procedures for assigned tasks and projects; follows all safety protocols. Performs other duties as assigned. We often help in other departments as needed. (i.e.packaging, manufacturing, grow) Must be able to perform frequent repetitive hand motions.

Qualifications Qualifications include:

Required Experience Includes:

Must be at least 21 years of age Must have a valid MED badge. Must have reliable transportation. Experience is a plus but not necessary. Working conditions This job is performed in a manufacturing setting regulated by the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Department. Employees are expected to follow MED regulations regarding waste handling, recordkeeping, limited access areas etc. Work is performed indoors. Employees are expected to wear PPE which consists of hair nets, gloves, beard nets, respirators. This role requires you to stand or to sit for long periods of time. Operations Manager Job Details Pay:

$16.00/hr.

7:00 am-3:30 pm; This is a full-time position that requires but is not limited to, 40 hours per week. Operational hours are dependent on the client and facility operations. The position may require work on weekends and holidays. After 3 months the employee will be assessed and the company reserves the right to decide if employee is a good fit for the position.
