In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that every cup meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and safety. One World Coffee Roasters has opportunities in the following areas: Coffee Roasting Production Assistant Operate a Diedrich IR-5 coffee roasters, Support and contribute to the weekly flow of roastery operations, Fulfilling wholesale and online orders, Perform roaster cleaning and maintenance tasks, Adhere to food safety standards while handling coffee. Cafe Manager/Barista Operate POS system providing friendly and professional customer service, Create seasonal recipes for coffee and tea drinks, Brew coffee using a variety of different brewing methods Manage stock and inventory. Administrative/Marketing Assistant Place supply orders through email and websites, Handle online retaill or wholesale customer correspondence Manage sales promotions online and in the shop, Maintain a social media posting calendar and create content. Candidates should have an interest and experience in at least two out three of these areas. Please note that while performing the duties of roasting assistant, the employee is required occasionally required to kneel or crouch to perform maintenance tasks on the roaster. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
