This employee must be a hard working team player as well as a self-motivated individual. A passion for craft beer and desire to continue growing within the industry is also important. The candidate should also be a sociable person who is comfortable occasionally representing the brewery in public. Qualifications Strong time management and organizational skills Positive, fun attitude and self-motivated work ethic Strong attention to detail The ability to follow and understand strict standard operating procedures Ability to take direction and work both independently as well as part of a team Ability to troubleshoot problems as they occur The ability to lift up to 75 lbs multiple times throughout a work shift Willing to work in wet, hot, cold, and loud conditions Flexibility in terms of hours and willingness to work weekends and overtime Completion of the Certified Cicerone Beer Server exam within 60 days of employment Preferred Qualifications Cellar experience Homebrewing experience Mechanical experience and aptitude Benefits 401(k) 401k Employer Matching Employee Discount Health Insurance Paid time off

We're a newer brewery with a focus on making great beer, but also engaging our community and creating a memorable experience every time they walk in.
