Job Description
Islamorada Beverages is hiring part/full time bartenders. You start at our original Brewery & Distillery location at mm82 and depending on experience may be transitioned to work at the cocktail focused Cabana location at mm91 in Tavernier. Or both! Bartending experience is required for this position, and everyone goes through our 5-day-minimum training program that starts with pouring samples in the distillery. Minimum wage is paid during training. After that you earn the tip credit minimum plus tips (all day pool). Without prior experience, you can apply but expect to work for an extended time in another role such as distillery sample-pouring, barback, or cashier type roles.
Requirements:
- Able to commit to and show up for weekly shifts on time every time
- Our guests expect a personal understanding of our products, therefore you should be 21+
- Can-do attitude and outgoing personality. We are very focused on guest engagement.
