You'll play a key role in supporting efficient food production operations while adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols. If you're passionate about food safety, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a thriving food industry, this position is perfect for you! Duties Assist in the preparation, assembly, and packaging of food products according to company specifications and safety standards Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely, including basic mechanical tasks as needed Follow all FDA regulations, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines to ensure product quality and safety Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and tools in compliance with food safety standards Conduct quality checks on products, ensuring proper weight, appearance, and packaging integrity Support inventory management by accurately recording production data and managing packaging supplies Use forklifts or other material handling equipment safely for moving raw materials or finished goods within the plant Requirements Basic understanding of food safety protocols including FDA regulations, HACCP, and CGMP standards Prior experience in food production or manufacturing is required; specific training will be provided Mechanical knowledge or aptitude for operating and troubleshooting machinery is a plus Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for portioning and measurements Strong commitment to sanitation, safety, and food industry best practices Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and perform manual tasks efficiently Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire is advantageous Join us in delivering safe, high-quality food products by bringing energy, precision, and dedication to our team.
