Brewer (Entry-Level/Part-time with FT potential)
Schedule :
Up to 20 hours per week
Growth Opportunity:
This role has a clear path to transition into a full-time brewing position as business needs grow. Reports to : Head Brewer /
Owner Position Overview:
The Part-time Brewer supports daily brewing and cellar operations through hands-on, foundational tasks that are critical to producing high-quality beer. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone eager to learn professional brewing practices, contribute to a growing business, and build the skills necessary for advancement into a full-time brewer position. Key Responsibilities ➢ Brewhouse & Cellar Support
  • Assist with basic brewing tasks such as milling grain, cleaning equipment, and preparing ingredients.
  • Support wort production and cellar activities under the direction of brewing team
  • Help with beer transfers, dry hopping, and routine fermentation checks.
  • Perform cleaning and sanitation of tanks, hoses, pumps, and brewing equipment (CIP/COP/SIP). ➢ Packaging Assistance
  • Assist with kegging, canning, and general packaging prep as needed.
  • Help ensure finished beer is handled carefully and meets quality expectations. ➢ Quality & Sanitation
  • Follow all sanitation, food safety, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Complete routine cleaning tasks using established checklists and SOPs. ➢ Safety
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Work safely and report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues.
  • Follow all brewery safety procedures. ➢ Documentation & Communication
  • Accurately complete basic production logs, checklists, and cleaning records.
  • Communicate clearly with the Head Brewer and team regarding task completion or issues. ➢ Learning & Development
  • Participate in training opportunities to learn brewing and cellar operations.
  • Demonstrate curiosity, reliability, and a willingness to take on new responsibilities.
  • Support continuous improvement by asking questions and learning best practices. What We're Looking For

  • Ability to manage time well and show up consistently and prepared.

Compensation:
  • Salary range: $15
