Food Production Associate (Full-Time)Serious Applicants Only Simple Bites Meals is seeking a dependable, hardworking Food Production Associate to join our growing team in Meridian, Idaho. We are not looking for temporary help or someone simply seeking a short-term paycheck. Due to the extensive training involved in our food production processes, food safety requirements, and USDA regulations, we are looking for individuals who are committed to staying with our company for at least one year or longer. About Simple Bites Meals Simple Bites Meals is a family-owned and operated food manufacturing company that has proudly served Idaho since 2002. We operate from a 13,000-square-foot USDA-inspected facility in Meridian and produce fresh and frozen meals, breakfast items, wraps, salads, sandwiches, burritos, and snacks for retail, wholesale, corporate, airport, and food service customers. Our products are found throughout Idaho and beyond, and we take pride in producing high-quality food while maintaining strict food safety and quality standards. Position Responsibilities Prepare ingredients according to recipes and production schedules Assemble meals and food products accurately and efficiently Package, label, and inspect finished products Follow USDA, HACCP, food safety, and sanitation requirements Maintain a clean and organized work environment Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals Assist with inventory organization and facility cleanliness Follow all company procedures and quality standards What We're Looking For This position is ideal for someone who: Shows up on time, every day Takes pride in their work Works well in a fast-paced environment Is physically capable of standing for extended periods Can lift up to 40 pounds regularly Is dependable, trustworthy, and self-motivated Wants stable, long-term employment Understands that every team member contributes to the success of the company Food production, manufacturing, warehouse, restaurant, or commercial kitchen experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
