Position Summary:

As a Production Associate, you will perform various tasks related to the manufacturing and production of bakery products. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of bakery products at Aunt Millie's Bakeries.

Essential Job Functions:

Operating machinery and equipment used in the production process, such as mixers, ovens, and packaging machines. Weighing and measuring ingredients according to recipes and production schedules. Mixing, kneading, shaping, and baking dough to produce bread, rolls, and other baked goods. Monitoring the production process to ensure product quality and consistency. Performing quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Packaging finished products for distribution, including labeling and sealing packages. Cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipment to ensure a safe and sanitary production environment. Following all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries. Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate production activities and address any issues that arise.

Minimum Position Qualifications/Education:

Availability to work any night during the work week, including weekends and holidays. Demonstrated solid and verifiable work history with minimal or no gaps in employment. Previous experience in food or baking production is advantageous. Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs. Punctuality and self-discipline are essential attributes.
