Who We Are Boot Hill Distillery is a farmer-owned craft distillery built right here in Dodge City. Everything we make starts in our own fields and ends in a glass we're proud to serve. Our Tasting Room is where that story comes to life—and where great people make all the difference. The Role We're looking for someone who enjoys being around people and takes pride in creating a great experience. As a Tasting Room Associate, you'll be part bartender, part host, and part storyteller—helping guests enjoy our spirits while sharing what makes Boot Hill special. What You'll Do Welcome guests and create a friendly, memorable experience Make cocktails with consistency and attention to detail Share the story of our spirits, our process, and Dodge City Lead tours in a way that's engaging and informative Keep the tasting room clean, organized, and inviting Work as part of a team and jump in where needed What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable talking with all types of people Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced setting Bartending or hospitality experience is helpful, but not required, we are happy to train you! Willingness to learn and take pride in the details Requirements Must be 21+ Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer tools Maintain alcohol service certification (TIPS, ServSafe, etc.) Follow all Kansas ABC laws and safety standards Schedule Full or Part-time Wednesday-Saturday, typically between 11 AM
