Job Description
BlueCotton seeks a Quality Control Associate to join our 2nd shift team (Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2:00am) and ensure our customers receive their orders exactly as designed. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you enjoy a constant push to improve, BlueCotton is the place for you!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality- Inspect customer orders and take necessary steps to ensure high quality. Cost
- Work productively while on the clock. Keeping a close watch on all garments being printed to reduce waste and mistakes. Service
- Must follow all procedures and checklists to ensure the best service for our customers. Teamwork
- Work well with peers in all departments. Being helpful and willing to perform a variety of jobs to ensure our customers are satisfied. Cleanliness
- Keeping your work area clean and free of excess dirt, dust, and garbage. Punctuality
- Be on time at the start of shift. Be on time when you go to and come back from breaks. Attitude
- Have a positive attitude and set good examples for coworkers. Training
- Show willingness and aptitude for learning and becoming proficient in all areas of your department.
