Coffee Production Assistant and Brewer

Production Assistant and Brewer | Coffee Roastery Cherry Coffee Roasters is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Production Brewer to join our growing production team. This role is responsible for producing and packaging our cold brew and chai products while supporting daily roastery operations. The ideal candidate takes pride in consistency, cleanliness, and working efficiently as part of a small team.

Schedule:

Mondays and Thursdays 8:30-3:30. ResponsibilitiesBeverage Production Brew cold brew coffee and chai concentrate according to established recipes and production standards Maintain product consistency through careful adherence to recipes, procedures, and quality control standards Monitor production schedules to ensure products are available to meet customer demand Packaging & Fulfillment Bottle cold brew and chai products for retail and wholesale orders Apply labels accurately and consistently to finished products Assist with preparing and packaging coffee orders as needed Ensure all finished products meet Cherry Coffee Roasters quality standards Operations & Maintenance Clean and sanitize cold brew kegs, brewing equipment, and production tools Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe production environment Assist the roasting team with operational tasks as needed Support inventory organization and general production workflow Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely Ability to work independently and stay organized Positive attitude and willingness to assist across multiple areas of production Ability to lift and carry up to 55 pounds regularly Reliable transportation to and from our Westbank production facility Previous food, beverage, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus, but not required must be available mornings About Cherry Coffee Roasters At Cherry Coffee Roasters, we believe great coffee starts with the people who grow it.
