Full Job Description Food Production Line Worker Location:

Medford, MA 02155

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Full-Time)

Pay Range:

16.00/hr Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Food Production Line Worker to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key part of our production process, ensuring that our products are crafted, packaged, and shipped with the highest standards of quality and safety. What You'll Do Production & Assembly:

Work on the assembly line to process, sort, and assemble food products according to specific recipes and guidelines.

Quality Assurance:

Perform visual inspections of ingredients and finished goods to ensure they meet our "gold standard" for quality.

Packaging:

Efficiently package finished products into containers, ensuring accurate labeling and batch coding.

Safety & Sanitation:

Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols to ensure a safe food-handling environment.

Machine Operation:

Assist in the basic operation and monitoring of production machinery.

What You Bring Reliability:

A consistent track record of punctuality for the 6:00 AM start time.

Physical Ability:

Comfortable standing for the duration of the shift and able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Detail-Oriented:

Ability to follow strict recipes and safety instructions precisely.

Team Player:

A positive attitude and the ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors. Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to work in a production environment (which may include temperature-controlled areas). Previous experience in food production, warehouse, or manufacturing is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!

Pay:

From $16.00 per hour
