Entry Level Brewer/Cellarman

Responsibilities:

• Operate brewing equipment and machinery to produce high-quality craft beer
• Follow standard operating procedures and recipes to ensure consistency in product quality
• Monitor fermentation process and make necessary adjustments as needed
• Clean and sanitize brewing equipment and work areas to maintain a safe and sanitary environment
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the brewing process to ensure product meets specifications
• Maintain accurate records of brewing activities, including ingredient usage, batch yields, and quality control data

Experience:

• No experience in a brewery or similar production environment needed. We are looking for someone who wants to learn the process to brew beer from our Head Brewmaster.
• Knowledge of brewing processes, equipment, and ingredients
• Familiarity with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) guidelines
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on brewing equipment
• Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment safely
• Understanding of food safety regulations in the brewing industry

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
• Passion for craft beer and knowledge of different beer styles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
