Responsibilities Processing Associate; 7am to 3pm, starting wage $23.40. Why look at Real Alloy? ⁺3 months $250, ⁺6 Months $500, ⁺9 Months $750, ⁺12 months $1000 What you'll start out doing? Learn our safety and quality procedures. Build a variety of skills related to processing, drying, shredding and operating equipment safely and efficiently.

What to expect:

This is a heavy industry environment with high safety and quality standards. You start training on day shift working 8 hr. shifts, M-F, after initial training period of 1 to 4 weeks the shift will be 3pm to 11pm. Qualifications Good positive attitude Excellent Attendance; Dependability Willingness to learn and apply what is learned Work safely and help to maintain a safe work environment Hard working with a good work ethic Ability to operate power equipment Ability to work as a team and independently with little supervision; teamwork Strong written and oral communication skills; respectful communication Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to follow instructions Accurately recording weights of material going into and out of dryer and shredder Complete other duties as assigned as required by the needs of the business Ablility to work around large factory magnets Maintains yard housekeeping standards The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to this classification.
