Win Together Job Summary:

The Repack Team Member works with an energetic team to pack ready-to-cook, ready-to-heat, and ready-to-eat food for grocers, wholesalers, restaurants, and institutional food services. While the primary responsibility is repackaging products, approximately 45% of this role involves cleaning and staging work areas to maintain safety, organization, and compliance with sanitation standards. This shift also plays a critical role in setting up production lines and completing first-piece work to ensure accuracy and readiness for the incoming shift. A Sample of the
