Expected Hours:

40 hours per week Open availability required due to seniority-based shift bids that occur multiple times per year

Job Description:

Looking for a fast paced opportunity? Join our team as a Cold Food Production Associate and be part of the operation that keeps flights moving. In this role, you will assemble and plate meals for airline customers, working in a high energy production environment where teamwork and attention to detail matter.

Responsibilities:

• Plate food items according to provided diagrams ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Prepare ingredients for sandwiches salads entrees and other menu items following established recipes and portion guidelines
• Maintain food quality freshness and presentation standards
• Follow strict sanitation and food safety procedures
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining attention to detail
• Wear required personal protective equipment
• Work assigned schedules including overtime as needed
• Follow instructions and production diagrams accurately
• Support team members to ensure operational success

Qualifications and Experience:

• No prior airline catering experience required training provided
• Ability to work in a fast paced team oriented production environment
• Ability to stand bend lift and move throughout the shift
• Ability to follow written and visual instructions
• English preferred

Shift Availability:

Open availability is essential due to seniority-based shift bids that occur two to three times per year. Shifts may include early morning evening overnight weekend and holiday schedules.
