Overview Join our dynamic team as a Brewery Sales Representative and become the driving force behind expanding our craft beer brand! In this energetic role, you'll connect with customers, build lasting relationships, and promote our innovative products across your assigned territory. Your enthusiasm and sales expertise will help us reach new markets, increase brand visibility, and deliver exceptional service to our valued clients. Duties Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, bars, restaurants, and distributors to promote our brewery's products. Conduct route driving to visit accounts regularly, ensuring timely product delivery and effective merchandising. Present product features and benefits confidently, upselling where appropriate to maximize sales opportunities. Manage pricing strategies and negotiate deals to meet sales targets while maintaining profitability. Perform heavy lifting during product restocking, inventory management, and merchandising displays. Utilize excellent communication skills to educate customers about new products, promotions, and brewery events. Organize your route efficiently using organizational skills to optimize daily visits and ensure comprehensive coverage of your territory. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving preferred. Strong math skills for handling pricing, inventory counts, and sales calculations. Proven experience in sales or customer service roles; familiarity with upselling techniques is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during product handling tasks. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with diverse clients and team members. Knowledge of merchandising standards and route driving best practices. Pay:
$49,213.47 - $59,267.83 per year
