In this hands-on role, you'll operate equipment, monitor product quality, and help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient production environment. It's a great opportunity to learn new skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace. Responsibilities Operate popcorn production and packaging equipment safely Monitor quality and make adjustments as needed Assist with packaging, labeling, and shipping Keep work areas clean and sanitized Follow all safety guidelines and report issues Help track inventory of materials and products Requirements Speak good English Must be able to lift 50 lbs Work at fast pace (will be monitored) Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail Willing to learn (experience is a plus, not required) Good teamwork and communication skills Commitment to safety and cleanliness Be part of a fun, energetic team making snacks people love.
