Position:

Cold Recipe/Prep Upstream Brewing is looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cold Recipe/Prep. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our cold recipes and assisting in the preparation of ingredients for our culinary team. Responsibilities Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipe specifications using precise measurements. Follow cold recipes to ensure the consistency and quality of our menu items. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients. Assist the culinary team in preparing ingredients for daily production. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks. Conduct quality checks to ensure the freshness and taste of ingredients. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Report any equipment issues or malfunctions to the appropriate department. Communicate effectively with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations. Requirements Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Attention to detail is essential to ensure accurate recipe execution. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure. Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. A passion for food and a desire to contribute to an exceptional dining experience. Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
