Assistant Distiller

Position Available:

Assistant Distiller Cathedral Ledge Distiller is a grain to glass distillery, and NH's only USDA certified organic distillery. Cathedral Ledge Distillery is committed to making the highest quality spirits possible, in the most sustainable way imaginable. We are currently seeking an assistant distiller to join our production team. We are looking for a career orientated person interested in perfecting the craft of creating artisan spirits. This person will work with the Owner/ Head Distiller and have a hand in all aspects of product production. This is a physical, hands-on job, that starts with milling grain and works the process of creating spirits all the way through hand bottling finished products. A requirement of the position is giving tours of the distillery to customers once trained to do so. Experience distilling, brewing, wine making, or otherwise working with yeast is beneficial, but not mandatory, as is experience with forklifts, certified organic food production, consumer goods packaging and a general understanding of plumbing. We are willing to train the right candidate in all aspects of distilling. Reliability, honesty, and trustworthiness are absolute requirements.
