Job Description

We are looking for a production associate to work 1st shift from 6am to 2pm Mondays to Fridays in a food manufacturing facility
Responsibilities:
You will rotate through stations throughout the day - not the same task for 8 hours straight This is a small, growing team where: Your work directly impacts the product Your ideas and initiative matter You're trusted with real responsibility You can grow as the company grows Once you are trained you will run your station independently Prepping potatoes with semi-automated equipment Kettle frying and seasoning chips Operating our bagging machine Packing and palletizing boxes Keeping a clean, food-safe workspace Who they're looking for: Earnest, dependable, and efficient Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Respectful of a clean and safe workspace Detail-oriented and quality-focused Adaptable and solution-minded Interested in growing with a company
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Lift 35+ lbs regularly (including overhead lifting) Strong grip|forearm strength for fry baskets Standing for extended periods

Pay:
$18.50 - $19.00 per hour
