Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Brewer to join our dynamic brewing team. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality craft beer by managing all aspects of the brewing process, ensuring adherence to food safety standards, and maintaining a clean and efficient production environment. Your expertise will help craft exceptional beverages that delight our customers and uphold our commitment to excellence. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the vibrant world of craft brewing while honing your skills in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Responsibilities Operate brewing equipment with precision, including mash tuns, fermenters, kettles, and packaging lines, ensuring optimal performance. Maintain strict sanitation protocols throughout the brewing process to prevent contamination and ensure product quality. Follow HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines to uphold food safety standards. Conduct routine equipment inspections, perform mechanical troubleshooting, and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed. Manage packaging operations, including filling, capping, labeling, and palletizing bottles or cans efficiently. Assist with brewhouse activities such as inventory management, raw material handling to support seamless production flow. Uphold safety standards by adhering to food industry regulations and promoting a safe working environment for all team members. Experience Prior experience in brewing or a related manufacturing environment is highly preferred; craft beer experience is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly. Hands-on experience with sanitation procedures and food safety protocols within a food industry setting. Familiarity with warehouse operations, including forklift operation and inventory management. Knowledge of packaging processes and quality control measures in a production environment. Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and product integrity in a fast-paced setting.
