is a micro-brewery and restaurant located in Berkeley Heights offering a selection of wheats, stouts, IPA's and lagers, created by our brew-master. We take pride in our unique cocktail list that includes infused featured whiskey and tequilas. Our menu includes new American cuisine with a southern twist offering house specialties and seasonal ingredients. The environment is lively, fun and everyone ALWAYS wears a smile! General bartender priorities and responsibilities To exceed our guests' exceptions by providing them with the highest level of consistent, professional, and courteous service. To promote teamwork within the restaurant, creating a positive work environment. To properly execute all necessary steps of service. Always ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization. Provide exemplary customer service to all guests by applying knowledge of food and beverage menus. Reporting on time and in proper uniform, always clocking in and out as required of all employees. Requirements Proficient in all aspects of fine dining service Knowledge of food and beverage, as well as having a passion to cultivate these skills. Display a confident and professional appearance. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines High school diploma preferred Ability to exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to 6-8 hours per shift, all the while maintaining a fun and positive attitude Must be able to carry about 40lbs.
