- Frozen Dough Manufacturing We are a growing food manufacturing company specializing in high-quality frozen dough products and are currently hiring for multiple production positions, including Mixers and Bench Hands . - Key Responsibilities Minimum 3 years of dough mixing experience in a commercial food production environment Operate and monitor large-scale commercial dough mixers and related equipment Ensure product quality, consistency, and adherence to production specifications Perform quality control checks and maintain food safety standards Lead and coordinate production shifts as needed Troubleshoot equipment and production issues efficiently Complete required production and food safety documentation Maintain cleanliness and compliance with GMP and sanitation standards Perform other related duties as assigned Bench Hand•Key Responsibilities Operate commercial food production equipment safely and efficiently Assist with dough handling, production flow, and packaging operations Support mixers and packers as needed throughout production shifts Perform quality control checks to ensure product consistency Complete food safety checks and production documentation Learn mixing processes and develop into a future mixer role over time Maintain cleanliness and follow GMP and food safety procedures Perform other related duties as assigned Pay rate range $20•$25 per hour, contingent on experience.
