Pay:
$17.00/hour + tips + $2 commission per bottle Average hourly earnings: $24-$27 including tips and commission Join Our Team at Cooper's Daughter Spirits Cooper's Daughter Spirits is a family-owned and operated farm distillery with a passionate team of 16—and we're growing. We're seeking a full-time Cocktail Garden Team Member to join us at our Claverack location. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, customer-focused, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Exceptional customer service skills Comfortable checking IDs and serving alcohol responsibly Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation Organized and confident working independently and as part of a team Primary Responsibilities Selling and marketing farm-made spirits in the tasting room, cocktail garden, festivals, and farmers markets Providing guided tastings with knowledgeable, engaging product explanations Mixing and serving cocktails Delivering outstanding hospitality to all guests Preparing for markets and festivals, including loading/unloading vehicles with supplies and cases General cleaning and upkeep of the tasting room, distillery, and bed & breakfast Labeling and light production support as needed Compensation Hourly pay plus tips and commission at the tasting room Hourly pay plus commission at festivals and markets Full-Time Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Wellness program Paid time off Employee discount Monthly 375ml bottle of your choice Non-alcoholic beverages during shifts One shift drink at the end of your shift (21+ only) A flexible schedule and weekends are required.
