What You'll Do Support individuals in daily activities while promoting independence Be part of engaging programs like farming, arts, and hands-on workshops Ensure safety, care, and overall well-being Help individuals build skills and confidence Work as part of a supportive, team-oriented environment ?? What You Bring Compassion, patience, and reliability Team player with a positive attitude Willingness to be active (lifting, walking, assisting individuals) HS diploma or GED (experience is a plus, not required) ??
