ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Hook up and unload tankers in a timely fashion. Run quality tests on milk and CIP tankers, including hook ups as well as chemical tests. Load out cream and condensed milk and perform all quality tests. Complete master sanitation and CIP of all raw cream and milk silos. Unload tankers Unload tankers safely and properly while achieving established targets Perform CIP as needed on all related equipment, silos, and tankers; perform manual cleaning as necessary; complete documentation as necessary Load out cream and condensed milk while achieving all quality and customer requirements Scale bulk tankers in/out complete documentation as required Complete master sanitation schedule Maintain a clean organized and professional work area at all times in accordance to 5S methodology, which is to create a clean orderly environment where there is a place for everything and everything is in its place Control product loss at all times Actively seek causes and solutions to limit product losses Perform inspection of raw materials Follow all Dairy Farmers of America GMP's and work in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory quality and sanitation requirements Follow all safety regulations Assist in the training and development of new operators Follow all DFA GMPs and work in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues Dedicate effort to safety as we expect every employee to leave work in the same condition as they arrived Exhibit the values and ethics of Dairy Farmers of America through honesty, discretion, and sound judgement Adhere to all DFA Quality, Safety, and GMP policies and procedures and report any nonconformity Attend required training, including but not limited to, Safety, GMP, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), and Safe Quality Foods (SQF) The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties and skills required. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent Training will be provided 1 Year experience within the food and beverage industry.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Ability to use simple writing, adding, subtraction, whole numbers, and carrying out instructions Ability to use direct reading instruments and devises in which interpretation is not required Perform basic quality testing as necessary Understand receiving and shipping system to effectively troubleshoot issues as they arise Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at once Must be able to read, write and speak English Must be able to pass all medical exams, drug, and background checks.

Must be able to stand, walk, kneel and bend required for virtually the entire shift. Occasionally required to climb or balance. Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 75 pounds. Must be able to work in a wet environment. Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals. Exposure to nut allergens.
