Job Description

Line Cook / Garde Manger We are seeking a skilled and experienced line cook / garde manger to join our team at our a la carte fine dining restaurant. We pride ourselves on offering a seasonally rotating menu to a discerning clientele, and we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to quality and consistency.
The Ideal Candidate Will Be:
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Capable of executing dishes from start to finish, including prep, cooking, and plating Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen environment
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-quality, fast-paced restaurant Culinary degree preferred Proficient in cold, grill and sauté stations Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude Good communication skills; Spanish language skills a plus NYC Food Handler's License a plus
