About the
Role:
Mazunte Events and Catering is seeking a motivated, high-energy Lead Assistant to support our Catering & Events Manager. In this role, you will play a vital part in our weekly operations and seasonal festival execution. We participate in major regional events—including Taste of Cincinnati, Salsa on the Square, and the Cincinnati Open—offering a vibrant, fast-paced, and fun work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily and weekly functions of the events department. Assist with staff scheduling and inventory/food ordering. Develop and execute comprehensive "day-of" operational plans for both large-scale festivals and intimate private events. Covering Catering shifts as needed.
Qualifications & Benefits:
Leadership experience is a plus, but we are fully willing to train the right person. Must be punctual, reliable, and adaptable. Health, dental, and vision insurance packages are available for eligible full-time staff.
