Job Description
Production Coffee Roaster We're looking for a Production Coffee Roaster to join our team! If you're passionate about coffee, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Roast coffee according to quality standards Monitor roast profiles and maintain consistency Prep green coffee, track inventory, and help with blends Assist with packaging and general production tasks Keep equipment clean and follow safety procedures Participate in cuppings and quality controlWhat We're Looking For:
Some roasting or production experience (coffee or food industry) Great attention to detail and good time management Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay on your feet during shifts Love for coffee and interest in learning more about itBonus:
