Food Production Associate | Manufacturing & Packaging |
Forklift Operator Starting Pay:
$17.00 - $12.00 per Hour Pay based on experience, shift, and position assignment We are currently hiring Food Production Associates to support our manufacturing, packaging, processing, and warehouse operations. Whether you have previous food manufacturing experience or are looking to start a career in production, we provide on-the-job training and advancement opportunities. What You'll Do As a Food Production Associate, Production Worker, Manufacturing Associate, or Packaging Operator, you will: Operate production equipment used to manufacture and package food products. Assemble, fill, seal, label, and package food products according to production specifications. Inspect products for quality, appearance, and packaging accuracy. Load raw materials, ingredients, and packaging materials into production lines. Monitor production processes and report equipment or quality concerns. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety requirements, and sanitation procedures. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Perform product changeovers and assist with line setup activities. Keep workstations clean and organized throughout the shift. Support team production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards. Assist with palletizing, material handling, and preparing finished goods for shipment. Follow all company safety policies and food quality standards. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to work in refrigerated or temperature-controlled production areas. Preferred Previous experience in:
Food Manufacturing Food Production Packaging Assembly Warehouse Operations Machine Operation Production Line Work Material Handling Quality Inspection Sanitation Forklift Operations Experience working in GMP, HACCP, FDA, or USDA-regulated environments.
