Salem, OR Apply Job Description:
Bryn Mawr means "high hill" in Welsh, and once you're up here, you'll understand. Think big skies, rolling hills, and unreal sunsets. Perched in the heart of the Eola-Amity Hills AVA, we're a small, premium winery doing serious work in colorful ways. For the 2026 harvest season, we're looking for hardworking, wine-curious people to join our team. This is a fully immersive experience, and you'll touch every stage of the winemaking process, building real-world skills and technical knowledge. Under the leadership of Rachel Rose, our Winemaker and Vineyard Director, we blend tradition with innovation to craft expressive, forward-thinking wines. With a background in molecular biology, Rachel brings scientific precision to time-honored techniques. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are our foundation, but you'll also dive into experimental lots and limited-production wines that push creative boundaries. We make wines with intention, minimal intervention, and meticulous attention to detail. Our winery is located within our organically farmed estate. We're committed to biodiversity, environmental stewardship, and thoughtful farming that respects our land and community. As a harvest intern, you'll be a real part of our tight-knit team. From vineyard to cellar, you'll work alongside experienced pros in a light-filled winery overlooking our 40-acre estate. If you're ready for meaningful, hands-on experience in a dynamic, educational environment, apply for the 2026 harvest season at Bryn Mawr. Come work hard, learn a ton, and be part of something special.
