Job Description
Join our brewpub culinary crew! We make NW Pub fare, scratch pizzas, authentic sausages, freshly-ground burgers, & European-inspired cuisine. Delicious! We need your creativity, optimism & love of good food! Our brewpubs are centrally located in the heart of the communities we serve•find us on Main Street Tigard or in Old Town Sherwood.
On our small kitchen staff•you matter. Every member of our kitchen gets to flex their craft muscles. Support and collaborate with our Chef in executing an elevated, creative brewpub menu. As a scratch kitchen, experience with prep, line, pizza, saute, etc., will all be appreciated. No late nights, brewpub hours are 11am•9pm. Must be able to work weekends.
Requirements:
2 years' back-of-house experiencePassion for fresh food from scratch ingredientsGood knife skillsFamiliar with or interested in learning grill, saute, and fry stationsInterest in European cuisine and beer cultureReliable and punctualAble to stand and hustle for extended periods of timeSolid high-five aim and contact abilityContribute to evolving our food menu to pair with our varied tap list. 20 beers on tap & plenty of inspiration.
