What We're Looking For Passion for craft beer, brewing innovation, and brewery operations Strong understanding of all aspects of the brewing process from grain to glass Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to think creatively and drive revenue growth Someone who takes pride in consistency, cleanliness, efficiency, and quality control Team-oriented leader who works well alongside management, kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams Positive attitude with strong communication and organizational skills Ability to adapt and help grow a brand during an exciting transition and expansion phase A self-starter who can identify opportunities for improvement and execute solutions Responsibilities Oversee all brewing operations including production scheduling, fermentation management, cellaring, packaging, and inventory Develop and maintain beer recipes with a focus on quality, consistency, and marketability Monitor and maintain brewing equipment and brewery cleanliness standards Manage raw materials, ordering, vendor relationships, and cost controls Assist in creating seasonal beers, specialty releases, and collaborative concepts Work with leadership on strategies to increase brewery revenue and brand growth Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory requirements Support brewery events, promotions, and community engagement initiatives Train and mentor brewery staff as needed Qualifications Previous professional brewing experience required Formal brewing education or certifications are a plus Strong knowledge of brewing science, sanitation, and quality assurance Experience with inventory management and production planning preferred Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus Ability to lift 55+ lbs and work in a physically active brewery environment Why Join Us?
