We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Brewing Technician to join our team in Legacy East, Missouri. In this role, you will take assist in running our brewing processes and managing related warehouse operations. As a Brewing Technician, you will be directly responsible for assisting the brewing process to produce high-quality products. You will also manage warehouse operations to ensure an efficient flow of materials and finished goods. This role is critical to maintaining the quality and consistency of our brewing operations while supporting broader production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and oversee brewing processes, ensuring compliance with production standards and quality control. Manage and monitor brewing schedules to meet production demands. Prepare and measure raw materials for brewing, maintaining accuracy and consistency. Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of brewing equipment to ensure optimal performance. Maintain inventory for brewing operations, including raw materials and finished products. Receive, inspect, and organize shipments related to brewing and warehouse operations. Monitor and adjust brewing parameters to ensure high-quality output. Document production metrics, including batch data, quality checks, and equipment performance. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Drive company vehicle off-site to pick up materials. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe brewing and warehouse environment. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or brewing certifications preferred. Experience in manufacturing, or a similar environment. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot brewing equipment issues. Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification). Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs). Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
