CoPacking Facility producing THC/CBD Beverages, Beer, and soon RTDs/Spirits. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Cellarman / Brewer I to support daily brewery operations. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone looking to grow within a production brewery. You'll assist with cellaring, packaging, cleaning, and brewing tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Perform all cellar operations including: Tank cleaning (CIP/SIP) Transfers, dry hopping, and carbonation Yeast harvesting and management Assist in wort production and brewhouse operations Package beer (kegs, cans, or bottles) with attention to quality and consistency Monitor fermentation progress and collect data (gravity, pH, temperature) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow SOPs and support continuous process improvement Assist with inventory management and raw material handling Qualifications 0-4 years of brewery experience (or strong desire to enter the industry) Basic understanding of brewing processes preferred Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain records Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to lift 55+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment Comfortable working in wet, cold, and fast-paced conditions Forklift experience is a plus (or willingness to be trained) What We're Looking For Team-oriented mindset Passion for craft beer and production excellence Willingness to learn and grow within the company Positive attitude and reliability Compensation & Benefits $18•22/hour depending on experience Opportunities for growth within the brewing team [
